About Us
A touchstone can remind you of who you are and where you are going.
It can be used as a guide in times of challenge or confusion to help you come back to your values, your path or the foundations of the human you want to be.
At Touchstone, we help you navigate your mental health journey with clarity and confidence.
Our mission is to help people recover their mental health and move from surviving to thriving.
We do this by providing a safe and supportive environment. An environment to reflect on where you’ve been, understand where you are and know where you want to go.
Let go of childhood wounds and the unhelpful beliefs that so often result from these experiences. Foster healthy connections with others and claim a more positive sense of self. We’ll encourage you to take action to create a valued, purposeful and connected life.
Touchstone counselling is your personal guide. It’s your path to define, but we’ll be there with you. Explore, Empower and Thrive.

Administrative Support
I’m Touchstone’s admin support; the one who handles appointments, payments, systems, and keeps the cogs moving in the background. I aim to create a welcoming and friendly environment that helps people easily find the right support for them. I’m a passionate creative, always ready for the job.
A holistic approach to therapy.
What sets our team apart is our understanding of each person within their context.
We don’t ask “what is wrong with you?“. We ask, “what happened to you?“
How did you get to this point? How have your early learnings and experiences shaped the person you’ve become? How have you coped through adversity? What has helped you in the past? What are your unique strengths and attributes? How can these support you to move from a state of surviving to thriving?
Human beings are wired for connection, and we suffer when we’re disconnected from community, family and other supports.
We prosper when we have access to basic resources and feel connected, purposeful and respected.
We aim to empower you to take control of your own life. We’ll support you with evidence-based therapies and knowledge, but you are the expert on you, your life, your goals, your experiences and what you want.
Adopting a holistic approach means understanding you, where you are and what you want to achieve. You are more than your mental health, neurodiversity, trauma, stress, grief or disability.
