Couples counselling

Our relationships grow from a deep emotional bond we form as individuals with our primary caregivers, known as attachment. This is fundamental to human development and influences our relationships throughout our lives.

Drawing upon the wealth of research into human attachment and what makes relationships healthy and sustaining, we work with you to explore the dynamics and patterns that are active in your relationship.

Every relationship is unique, and so is our approach. Common issues explored through couples counselling include:

  • Enhance emotional connection and communication
  • Reconnecting after infidelity
  • Managing the impact of trauma
  • Grief or mental health issues

Informed by Emotion Focussed Therapy and the Gottman approach, we help you build healthy communication, resolve and repair conflicts, build and rebuild trust and cultivate a deeper intimacy and secure connection.

Nurture and strengthen your bond by scheduling an appointment today.

Telehealth counselling

You can receive therapy from the comfort of your own space with telehealth counselling. Every person deserves access to mental health support, no matter their situation.

With telehealth counselling you’ll receive the same level of care and attention as face-to-face appointments from the comfort of your own space. All you need is a device and an internet connection.

There are many reasons you may choose telehealth counselling:

  • Location. Whether you’re interstate, international or live remotely you can choose a therapist who is right for you.
  • Accessibility. Whether you have mobility challenges, caring responsibilities or limited access to transportation, therapy is accessible for you.
  • Comfort. Attending your appointment from the comfort of your own space can create a sense of ease and facilitate open and honest communication.
  • Convenience. Access therapy even when you’re travelling for work, on holiday or simply don’t want to face the commute.

If you’re looking for mental health support from wherever you are, then book a telehealth appointment today.
