Work With Us
Touchstone Counselling and Supervision is growing—and we’re looking for exceptional practitioners to join our team.
At Touchstone Counselling and Supervision, we’re not just building a practice—we’re building a place where practitioners can do deeply meaningful work in a way that’s sustainable, supported, and real.
We’ve spent over 30 years helping individuals and couples heal trauma, rebuild connection, and live with more clarity and intention. Our team is small, supportive, and serious about doing good work with heart.
If you’re a skilled, grounded practitioner who’s tired of cookie-cutter mental health roles and want to be part of a place that genuinely values growth, care and integrity—we’d love to hear from you.
Why Work With Us
At Touchstone, you’ll join a trauma specialist, client-centred practice with a strong reputation for excellence. You’ll be working in a peaceful consulting space in The Gap (Brisbane), with the option for hybrid online work, and a team that’s warm, collaborative, and quietly ambitious.
We’re driven by values—not volume.
Colleagues who are generous with support and serious about care
We lead with compassion. We grow through integrity. And we show up with our whole selves—every session, every day.
